DALLAS, TEXAS– GBE&W, a noted entrepreneurial employee and executive benefits firm, announced that its chief executive officer, Libbie Wilmer, received the coveted “Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising” award from Employee Benefits Adviser magazine. Wilmer was presented with the honor along with 19 other women by the publication’s editor-in-chief, Elizabeth Galentine, during the recent annual Workplace Benefits Summit held in Boca Raton, Florida. Following the presentation ceremony, a champagne reception toasted the award recipients.

“The Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising” award is an inaugural award for Employee Benefits Adviser. The honor recognizes women who are making extraordinary contributions in the Human Resources (HR) and benefits field. Twenty winners were selected from over 90 nominations submitted. Libbie Wilmer, received the coveted “Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising” award from Employee Benefits Adviser magazine.
